
Dr. Ross Sugar is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with a subspecialty certification in pain management. He received an undergraduate degree at Duke University, and a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. After a medical internship year at the University of Maryland, he received his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he served a chief resident. He is the recipient of the Earl C. Elkins Scholarship Award for the top score in the country in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation written boards. He received fellowship training in interventional pain management at Emory University and Georgia Pain Physicians, in Atlanta, GA.
